CanonCam2PC 1.5 is a small and completely free application for Canon digital camera users. It helps you transfer your digital images from your camera to your PC, detecting what type of camera it is, and copies the images to the folder you choose.

You can also delete those unwanted images, making it a practical, simple and manageable program (not like other overweight programs like Canon ZoomBrowser).
